Follow the complete written guide below.
The video will join it here when it’s ready.
Before you start
- Access to the affected site and AI connection.
- A redacted copy of the exact error.
Let’s do this, step by step.
Step 01
Separate the missing feature
Identify whether the issue is a license, inactive plugin, unsupported version, disabled module, or missing tool.
EMCP Pro does not activate another vendor's paid features. Read the dependency badge and the integration's requirements before changing a license.
Step 02
Check the purchase account
For Pro, open My Products using the purchase email, link a license from another email if needed, and inspect its status and site activations.
Use the supported account flow. Keep the key masked. Old opt-in issues need a current plugin and, if still unresolved, support-led recovery.
Step 03
Check the saved target
For a layout problem, confirm the page ID and builder, then read its actual element or block settings.
If the AI used a guessed control name, it may have saved a value that does nothing. Read the installed schema and correct the specific field.
Step 04
Check preview and cache
Open the native editor and frontend. If Elementor's saved settings are correct but styles are stale, use a reviewed page-scoped CSS regeneration.
Do not rebuild a page just because a preview is stale. Check which cache or style layer is actually out of date.
Step 05
Send useful support evidence
Record plugin/client versions, route, authentication method, timestamps, error, expected result, and observed result. Redact secrets and private content.
A focused report helps support reproduce the problem. Include what you already tested without attaching passwords, tokens, session IDs, or a credential-bearing bundle.
You’re done when…
The issue is resolved or documented with a reproducible, redacted support report.
