These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use ofemcptools.com (the “Site”), the EMCP ToolsWordPress plugin (the “Plugin”), and any paid licenses, premium content, and support we provide (together, the “Services”), offered byMSR Builds (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are based in Pakistan and serve users worldwide.
By using the Site, installing the Plugin, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
The Plugin's PHP code is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that license grants you in the code itself.
A paid License is not a sale of the code, it is a commercial entitlement to automatic updates, Premium Content, and support for the number of Activations in your tier, for the applicable period. When you purchase a License, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable right to use the Pro features and Premium Content on up to your tier's number of live WordPress installations, subject to these Terms.
Each paid tier limits how many separate WordPress installs may run the Plugin under the same License at once. You may deactivate a site to free an Activation and activate elsewhere; moves are instant from your Freemius account dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your License key confidential and for all use made under it.
Fair use of the Unlimited tier. The “Unlimited” tier is intended for legitimate use by a single owner, agency, or organization and is subject to afair-use ceiling of 1,000 active WordPress installations per License. “Unlimited” refers to freedom from per-site counting within that ceiling, it is not a redistribution or reseller license. You may not use one Unlimited License to activate the Plugin on sites you neither own nor operate on a client's behalf, and you may not pool, share, sublicense, or resell activations. If you have a genuine need beyond 1,000 installations, contact us at[email protected] for a custom arrangement. We may audit usage and, where a License materially exceeds these limits, ask you to upgrade or suspend the License as described in Section 14 (Termination).
Paid purchases are processed by Freemius as reseller and merchant of record. Freemius handles checkout, payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST), and itsBuyer Terms andPrivacy Policy also apply to your transaction. Prices are shown on the Site in US dollars and may be adjusted for local taxes at checkout.
We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect a purchase already completed. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or a violation of these Terms.
Annual Licenses are billed yearly and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, renew automatically at the then-current rate so your updates and support continue uninterrupted. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Freemius account; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. A failed payment does not, by itself, terminate your License, Freemius may retry and reactivate it automatically.
A lifetime License grants access to Plugin updates and Premium Content for the commercial lifetime of the product, with no recurring fee. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the EMCP Tools product line, not a guarantee of perpetual development; if we discontinue the product, updates may cease. Priority support is included with an active License; support obligations for lifetime Licenses are as described in Section 8.
All sales are final and, due to the digital nature of the Plugin, we do not offer refunds, including on lifetime Licenses. Because the Free Plugin lets you evaluate EMCP Tools fully, up to 162 MCP tools and sample prompts, we ask you to install it first and confirm the Plugin works with your stack and AI client before purchasing.
As a limited exception, if a purchase was unintentional or unauthorised and the Plugin has not been downloaded or used, and you contact us within14 days of the purchase, we will issue a refund. Any payment-gateway or processing fee charged on the transaction is non-refundable and will be excluded from the refunded amount.
Where mandatory consumer law grants you a non-waivable right of withdrawal or refund, that right is unaffected by this policy; such requests are handled through Freemius as merchant of record under its Buyer Terms. If you hit a problem after purchase, open a ticket at our support portal and we will do everything we reasonably can to help.
Active Pro Licenses include priority ticket support via our support portal, in English. Support covers installation, configuration, bug reports, and reasonable usage guidance for the Plugin. It does not include custom development, third-party plugin or theme conflicts we cannot reproduce, server administration, or building your site for you. We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee a specific resolution time. Free Plugin users receive community support only.
You are responsible for how you deploy and operate the Plugin on your own WordPress site. In particular:
Reselling, key-sharing, exceeding your activation or fair-use limits, or other misuse is a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your License without refund, as described in Section 14.
EMCP Tools connects your WordPress site to external tools and services, including MCP clients and AI models (such as Claude or Cursor), WordPress, Elementor, stock-image providers, and any plugins you integrate. We do not control those services, they are governed by their own terms, and your use of them (including any fees, API keys, and data handling) is your responsibility. EMCP Tools and MSR Builds are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Automattic, Elementor, Anthropic, or any other third party whose trademarks are referenced for descriptive purposes only.
The Plugin's code is provided under GPL-2.0-or-later. The Site's content, the Premium Content, and the “EMCP”, “EMCP Tools”, and “MSR Builds” names and logos are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted here and under the GPL, no rights are transferred to you. You may use Premium Content on the sites permitted by your License but may not redistribute or resell it as a standalone product.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every environment, plugin, or theme. AI-generated output is inherently unpredictable: we do not warrant the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any content an AI agent produces or any change it makes to your site, and you are responsible for reviewing all such output before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSR Builds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising out of or relating to the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the License in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your License or access to the Services,without refund, for a material breach of these Terms, including reselling, renting, sharing, or redistributing your License key or activations; exceeding your tier's activation count or the Unlimited fair-use cap; reselling or redistributing Premium Content as your own; circumventing activation or licensing checks; or unlawful use. On termination, the rights granted to you end; the GPL rights in the Plugin code you already hold are unaffected. You may stop using the Services at any time; because the Plugin runs on your own server, the Plugin and any Premium Content already synced continue to function even after a subscription lapses, you lose access only to future updates and new Premium Content.
Our handling of personal data is described in ourPrivacy Policy andCookie Policy. The Plugin runs on your own WordPress install and does not send your site's content or your visitors' data to us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, announced on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any purchase terms shown at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
