Recent Posts Notification

Four layouts: a bell icon that opens a dropdown, a floating toast that cycles through posts in a corner, a top bar showing the latest post, and a plain inline list. The widget can remember which posts a visitor has already seen and show an unread count on the bell, with a Mark all read action and a View all link. Toggle thumbnails, dates, excerpts and categories, and set the first toast delay, how long each one stays, the gap between them, and whether toasts show only unseen posts. The top bar can remember its dismissal.
