Counts include free and paid workspaces. Lifetime totals include recoverable historical activity. Gateway calls count requests once, including multi-site requests; they are not counts of successful changes. Artifact usage reflects recorded installs and restores, not visitor views. Totals are cached for five minutes. This section checks for updates every five minutes while visible and may lag recent activity.

Detailed history for up to 90 days. Credentials, request arguments, and response content are excluded. Outcomes reflect tool responses; recording is best-effort during infrastructure failures.
Each WordPress site issues a revocable OAuth credential. Its enabled tools and permissions still apply when a request comes through the Gateway.
Writes across multiple sites are off by default. They require workspace opt-in and confirmation on the individual call. Review each result before repeating a change.

Settings move when you choose. API keys and connection credentials stay out of the bundle.
Scheduled off-site whole-site backups and reusable Themer bundles are planned additions. They are separate from the artifact storage available today.
EMCP Tools runs on each WordPress site and provides the tools. Cloud Gateway connects those sites to your assistant. A Cloud subscription does not include a Pro plugin license; the free plugin can connect with its available tools.

Cloud Gateway is the hosted MCP connection between your AI client and the WordPress sites connected to your EMCP Cloud workspace. Add the Gateway once to your client, authorize access, and select a site or run supported read operations across your workspace.
No. The Gateway is included with Freelancer and Agency Cloud plans. Free accounts include limited artifact storage and connected sites for other Cloud features; they do not include Gateway access.
Use a client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth. Add the Gateway URL in its remote-server or connector settings and complete Cloud authorization. Configuration varies by client; follow the hosted Gateway setup guide for connection details.
Each site needs the EMCP Tools plugin and must grant Gateway access when connecting to Cloud. The free plugin works with the Gateway. Your plugin license and enabled integrations determine which tools a particular site offers; a paid Cloud plan does not unlock Pro plugin features.
Supported read operations can run across sites. Broadcast writes are disabled by default: they require the workspace setting to be enabled and an explicit confirmation on the individual call. Each site still applies its own permissions and tool availability.
A broadcast returns a result for each targeted site, so you can distinguish completed calls from sites that could not be reached or do not support the requested tool. Review individual results before deciding what to retry.
Hosted Gateway tool requests include the tool name, site context, reported outcome, duration, and downstream attempts. Detailed records are retained for up to 90 days. Credentials, request arguments, and response content are excluded. An unconfirmed outcome means completion could not be established; inspect the site before repeating a write.
Yes. Each site issues its own revocable OAuth credential. You can revoke the Gateway authorization on that WordPress site or disconnect it from Cloud. Your WordPress password is not shared with the Gateway.
